1. The service and contact

Atlas Live is an educational and information platform from Fix Your Mind®, a registered trademark. It offers an interactive globe, expeditions, stories, wildlife, quizzes and a discovery passport. Support contact: soporte@fixyourmind.net.

These terms apply to the service at atlaslive.world. Use the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable rules. You can ask us for clarification before creating an account.

2. Exploration and accounts

Basic exploration is public. Some personal actions may require sign-in. Only methods displayed as enabled in the interface are available; Google availability also depends on its requirements and provider configuration.

Use an account you are entitled to use, protect access to it and report unauthorized activity. If you are a minor, have the guidance and permission of your parent or guardian as required by applicable rules.

The Privacy policy explains the data used, cookies, providers and how to request account deletion.

3. Passport, XP and activities

Stamps, XP, titles and achievements are educational rewards within Atlas Live. They are not money, academic qualifications, travel documents or official certificates. They follow each activity’s rules, without duplicate rewards for repeating the same action where applicable.

Post-expedition quizzes are optional. Passport entries represent activities on the platform and do not certify physical visits. Local progress depends on the browser, and syncing depends on being enabled and available; “My account” reports its status.

4. Atlas Free, Atlas Plus and early access

The current catalog distinguishes four Free expeditions and fourteen prepared for Atlas Plus. During early access all 18 remain open, subject to account requirements for personal actions.

There are currently no charges or paid subscriptions. Monthly and annual options or Atlas Plus buttons describe a future offering; they do not themselves create a payment obligation. Before real payments are offered, pricing, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms and applicable rights will be disclosed, and your express acceptance requested.

Early access is not a promise that every feature will remain free permanently. Relevant changes will be communicated before they take effect and will not create retroactive charges.

5. Scope of the information

Stories, reconstructions and maps support learning and may simplify complex information. Check the accompanying sources, dates, credits and coverage limits. Borders, names and historical representations may be subject to interpretation or dispute.

Atlas Live is not an official emergency system. Weather, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, cyclones, storms and wind information may be partial, delayed or temporarily unavailable. A recorded event does not by itself constitute a warning or prediction. For safety decisions, consult your local authorities and official services.

6. Permitted use and content

You may explore and use the activities through their intended features. Do not impersonate others, access other people’s accounts, manipulate rewards through abuse, distribute malicious code, bypass security measures or overload the service.

Your notes remain yours. They are processed only to save them, show them to you and sync them when applicable. Do not include sensitive data or other people’s information without the right to do so.

Fix Your Mind and other rights holders retain their respective rights in their brands and content. Third-party photos, maps, text and other resources retain their licenses and credits. Using Atlas Live does not grant additional rights in those materials.

7. Availability and changes

The platform may be interrupted by maintenance, errors or provider outages. We work to correct problems but do not guarantee continuous availability or absolute accuracy of all content. Features in development are identified as such.

Abusive use may lead to proportionate restrictions on actions or suspension of affected access. Contact soporte@fixyourmind.net to request a review. These terms do not exclude liabilities or consumer or data protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use and reviewing changes

You can stop using Atlas Live and request account deletion at soporte@fixyourmind.net. Signing out or clearing browser data does not automatically delete a server account. See the rights and deletion section.

The date on this page identifies the terms version. We will communicate material changes and request new acceptance when necessary. Mandatory rules applicable to your relationship with the service prevail over any incompatible clause.
